广东三合人才科技有限公司是中山市人力资源和社会保障局根据国家有关规定批准设立，并在工商行政管理部门注册的专业人力资源服务机构，公司成立于 2008 年，原名中山市三合人才派遣服务有限公司，总部设在中山市小榄镇人力资源服务产业园六栋 309-310 号 ，注册资本 500 万元。
公司秉承“慎思笃行，知行合一”为核心价值的企业文化理念，立足于整体性人力资源开发，为企业提供人才租赁、劳务派遣、招聘外包、代理招聘、灵活用工、临时用工、人才推荐、产线外包、人才寻访等系统化、专业化的人力资源服务，并为各类人才提供培训、就业、测评、服务咨询及其它配套服务，2020年 12 月 29 日公司正式发布了以招聘结果为导向的线上服务产品—“工小铺”，截止目前，工小铺用户已突破 25 万。2021-2024 年陆续推出“三合光士”、“三合班组长”、“HRPO”等垂直细分赛道项目。

In January 2023, it was elected as the rotating president unit of Zhongshan Human Resources Association in 2023, and the founder Huang Haihua served as the rotating president.
